Essie Jo is a much-loved dance teacher and puts on what we think is the best Sunday afternoon freestyle in the East Midlands. Essie, is, of course, known for her Blues Teaching but we find out about all the other styles of dancing and music she loves which is the foundation for her must-go-to "Essie's" Sundays.
